Candidate seeks to pursue part time or per diem opportunities (along with present full time professional pharmacy practice) primarily in retail/chain pharmacy settings whose proximity should be 75-100 miles from present full time location due to “conflict of interest”. Additionally pursuing non-retail pharmacy settings with closer location proximity such as long-term care, home health, PBM/managed care, mail order, HMO, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, specialty pharmacy facilities. Will consider full-time position if attractive offer.
Has experience in hospice, mail order, retail, and management.
