12 Feb 09 How To Access The Database

How to access to Rx Resumes pharmacist resume database:

1.  Sign up for email updates on the front page of this site.  You will receive an excerpt summary of each resume we put on the site - as we receive them.  The “full” version of the resume is password protected.  Each candidate’s full resume is on file, but is protected due to privacy concerns.

2.  Go to the “About Rx Resumes” page of the site, and read over the site guidelines, and click on the “Split Agreement” link, sign, and fax to us.  You don’t have to do this until you see a candidate you want to contact.  Keep in mind, we can’t release any resumes or candidate information until we have a split agreement in place.  All candidates listed on Rx Resumes are considered 50/50 “split fee” candidates, unless other arrangements between us have been made in advance.

2.  If you see a candidate that may match a current open position for which you are recruiting, email us the date and area (or other identifying information) of the candidate you are interested in contacting.  You can email me directly at tprice @ rxrecruiters.com.  I will email you a “unlock” code that is unique to the particular candidate you are interested in contacting.  Once you have access to the resume, feel free to contact the candidate to identify if they have interest in your position.  From this point on, you may treat this candidate as if they were your own, including responsibility for background checks, etc. if necessary.  (We have screened every one of these resumes, but have not checked licenses, references, etc.).  However, we do not permit any of these candidates to be presented to a client without their permission, or their resume to be distributed to other recruiters, unless arrangements have been made with us in advance.  Please keep in mind:  You will not get an unlock code for any resume until you are able to show that you have a pharmacist job order that may be a match for the particular pharmacist resume in which you are interested!  We value our candidate’s privacy, and will not release this information until a possible job is available!

3.  Keep us updated throughout the hiring process.  We are willing to help out in the placement process in any way if necessary.  We do contact all of our candidates regularly to get updates from them directly concerning their job search.  We also poll them on their experiences with each recruiter.

4. If you place our candidate, you are responsible for informing us immediately so we can remove their resume from our database.  You are also responsible for adhering to the terms of the aforementioned split agreement.

5.  Our reputation with our candidates and our clients is our most valued asset.  We subscribe to the highest standards of honest and ethical behavior, and expect our split partners to do the same.
